Update

We have pushed out a fix for the issue and all users should be able to login to Frame as expected.

Identified

We are currently experiencing an issue where some users are not able to initiate the login flow with Custom Authentication Providers. Logins initiated by external IdPs are unaffected.

We have identified the issue and are working on the resolution.
