We've deployed an update to address the issue and are now seeing sessions start normally again. Some users may still see issues for a few minutes.

Investigating

We are seeing issues starting sessions on Sandboxes, utility servers and in some cases on production instances across multiple accounts. We are investigating the issue and will post updates here.
