Resolved
We have resolved the issue and users can now start new sessions again and admin access to the affected Frame Dashboard pages has been restored. The root cause was related to how some of our more recently updated backend services were affected by the US daylight savings time change. Note, that users already in sessions at the start of the incident were not affected by this issue.

Investigating
We are currently seeing that access to Frame services are being impacted across multiple regions. Symptoms include inability to start new Frame sessions, view the Status page in the Frame Dashboard, or access the Sandbox page. Users in existing sessions are not affected. We are investigating the situation and will post updates here.
