Nutanix is no longer seeing any authentication errors related to Azure AD and customer Azure Cloud Accounts have either already recovered or are in the process of recovering and becoming available. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Microsoft has deployed the fix to all affected regions and is reporting that error rates with Azure AD-dependent services are starting to decrease. Investigating
Frame customers with accounts deployed on Microsoft Azure or using Azure AD for authentication may be experiencing issues logging in with Azure AD or launching new Frame sessions.

This appears to be related to the Azure AD outage that Microsoft has recently posted on https://status.azure.com. Below is a copy of the incident post from Microsoft:

"Warning: Authentication errors across multiple Microsoft services - Investigating

SUMMARY OF IMPACT: Starting at approximately 19:15 UTC on 15 Mar 2021, a subset of customers may experience issues authenticating into Microsoft services, including Microsoft Teams, Office and/or Dynamics, Xbox Live, and the Azure Portal.

CURRENT STATUS: Engineering teams have been engaged and are currently investigating. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes or as events warrant.
